FAQ

Can you ship french macarons to me?
Unfortunately, I can't. These cookies are extremely fragile and I'm terrified to know what would happen to them in the mail! There could be a time in the future that this become an option, but for now, they are for pick up or delivery in Salt Lake and Utah counties only. If you are in Utah, but not in Salt Lake or Utah county, send me a message. Let's talk about it!

How long are my french macarons good for?
Of all the research I've done, the general rule is 7 days, but personally, I think they are best before 3 days. I prefer you pick up your order of macarons not too far in advance, so they can be eaten as soon as possible! They are very best fresh. I prefer to do pick ups and deliveries day-of.

Are french macarons gluten free?
Yes! They are made with almond meal instead of flour, and 100% gluten free.

What is in a french macaron?
The ingredients are very simple: almond meal, confectioner's sugar, egg whites, granulated sugar and then flavor extracts and food coloring depending on flavors, and cocoa powder for chocolate. Buttercream frosting is a mix of confectioner's sugar and butter, with flavor extracts and food coloring depending on flavor. With that in mind, be wary with nut allergies!
